Zumba-fever appears to be gripping South Leeds with two new events coming up. Zumba is a high energy exercise that uses to dance music.
On Saturday 11th May, Middleton Methodist Church will host a Zumbathon from 10:00am to 12:00pm. – are invited to come and “party in pink” to raise money for The Haven, which operates a breast cancer support centre here in Leeds.
A new women only Zumba class is starting in Belle Isle. The free sessions, organised by Health For All, will be held at Belle Isle Family Centre every Wednesday at 6:00pm.
