Recovery Runners is a running group for anyone recovering from mental health problems, addictions, eating disorders, Covid-19, cancer and burnout. The meet every Sunday at The Glass Box on Leeds Dock from 10am. This week they are starting a Couch To 5k and a 5-10k training programme.
Dewsbury Road Community Hub & Library will be hosting a Covid Vaccination Walk in clinic at every Monday in January, 1-4pm. No appointment needed; first, second and booster jabs are available.
The Alahna Collins Academy of Dance and Performance are starting a new Streetdance class on Monday at Ingram Gardens Community Centre in Holbeck. 5-5:50pm for ages 4-8; 6-6:50pm for ages 9-12.
Your Space are starting another run of their Digital Skills Share Workshops at Dewsbury Road Community Hub & Library this week. The eight sessions run from 4-5pm every Tuesday.
And finally Skate Mates is back at LS-TEN on Wednesday. The free skateboard coaching runs 3:30-5:30pm and is for young people aged 6-16 who live in LS10 and LS11.
