Peter Whitley, from Leeds, who was previously the subject of a wanted persons appeal, has now been arrested.
Whitley, aged 36, of no fixed address, appeared at Leeds Magistrates Court yesterday (13 January 2020) charged with theft from a motor vehicle in Rodley at the weekend.
He has been recalled to prison.
