[slideshow]The annual community gala for Belle Isle too placeon Saturday, 16th at Windmill Primary School, writes Deacon Al Henry. The cloudy weather did not prevent toddlers, children, families and local residents turing out in large numbers. Entertainment for the day was provided by DAZL who began the morning followed by
