If you are interested in finding out more about healthy eating, cooking healthier meals and exercise, why not come along to these healthy cooking sessions? They start the week of 17th September, 1pm-3pm at St Mary’s School, opposite the Penny Hill Shopping Centre.
A number of events to encourage healthier eating are being held at Hunslet Library on Tuesdays from tomorrow until September 11 (10am-noon). Topics at the Hunslet Health Table include healthy eating, healthy packed lunches and weight management. The event is being run by Health For All’s Healthy Communities service, in conjunction with
