Free Minibus Tour Of Art In Leeds
We are currently looking for people in the South Leeds area who may be available to take part in this community newspaper project in collaboration with British Art Show 8, BasementArtsProject, East Street Arts, Leeds Beckett University and artists Lloyd&Wilson.
To take part you would need to be available for one day in Guided Tour Week and one day in Workshop Week
GUIDED TOUR OF LEEDS ART VENUES
Week 1
Tuesday 17 November 11.30am – 5pm
Friday 20 November * 10am – 4pm
- A bus will be provided on both days to take participants between venues
- Morning tea / coffee and lunch will be provided on both days
*Friday 20 November Tour would begin at BasementArtsProject and end at LAG / HMI

BE INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION OF A NEWSPAPER
Students and community members will be working together to generate content to produce a page each for a special 12 page newspaper that will be launched on a special evening at the BriIsh Art Show 8 at Leeds Art Gallery. South Leeds based resident arIsts Lloyd&Wilson will also be working on the project and supply their technical experIse. Lloyd&Wilson are regular contributors to the South Leeds Life newspaper and associated website.
