Leeds Federated Housing Association has applied for planning permission to build 18 new affordable homes on vacant land off Acre Road in Middleton.
The plans include 2 four-bedroom houses, 8 three-bedroom houses and 8 two-bedroom houses. Every house will have its own garden and two off road parking spaces.
The site is next to the derelict Tivoli cinema, which also has planning permission for housing. The site was formerly occupied by council housing, now demolished.
You can see the full application here.
Comments, both supporting or objecting to the plans, are invited until Friday 5 January 2018.
