Some interesting news for all you Tweeters out there! Leeds Central MP Hilary Benn has joined social networking site Twitter.
You can follow Mr Benn’s tweets over at @hilarybennmp.
One of our other local politicians is also on Twitter – Beeston and Holbeck councillor Adam Ogilvie is a prolific tweeter and well worth a follow.
For those not in the know, Twitter is a platform where you send messages – called tweets – of 140 characters or less, you follow other people, can retweet what they say, spread information, hold conversations and build networks.
