Middleton Primary in the community at Christmas

At Middleton Primary School, community is at the heart of all that goes on. During Christmas time, the children love to spread festive cheer to others in and around the local community. Children from Year 2 visited the newly opened Gasgoine House and Middleton Lodge and sang some wonderful Christmas songs, led by our Music lead, Mrs Hurst.

Middleton Baptist Church have worked with school for many years now and offer yearly Christmas workshops in the church for every single class. All classes went over to learn about the Christmas Story and its meaning. Alison Wain and her team put on a fantastic and engaging show and the children got to make baubles, crowns and other Christmas crafts. Sharing joy in the community is always a priority at Middleton Primary School, especially at Christmas time.
