Today (Friday 25 July 2014) sees the start of Love Parks Week, raising awareness of the importance of parks and green spaces.
Love Parks Week is a platform for hundreds of park lovers to join forces in the UK’s largest celebration of green spaces. It also campaigning to protect spending on parks in the face of local authority cuts up and down the country.
There will be events in Middleton and Cross Flatts Parks, as usual, full details can be found in our Events Calendar.
