Leeds Knights finish regular season in third place

The English ice hockey regular season came to an end over the weekend. Leeds Knights finished third in the league table. A solid finish after an entertaining season.

The final league match was against Peterborough Phantoms which ended in a 5-1 victory for the Knights.

With the league season now over teams look towards the play-offs which start on Saturday (28 March 2026) with a home tie against Telford Tigers (Face off at 6:30pm).

The league winners were Swindon Wildcats, who lift the division trophy, with the play-off trophy still up for grabs.

The first play-off fixtures and dates have been announced. Although the play-offs will soon be getting under way it is important to remember there is no promotion or relegation from the league.

The new league season will begin in September with players back for pre season training in August.
