Once more the intrepid players of the St Andrew’s Pantomime Group are gearing up for their annual show, which this year will be Snow White.
A long time ago, in a small town called Beeston, there lived a princess called Snow White. Her home life wasn’t very happy thanks to her wicked step mother Queen Regina. The queen was jealous of Snow White and made her life a misery.
One day Prince Rupert travelled through the kingdom looking for a bride. Queen Regina was determined that the prince would marry her daughter, Rose Red, and hatched an evil plot to kill Snow White.
Thankfully Snow White had many friends in the town and they were all determined to protect her from harm. Would Snow White be safe hiding in the dwarfs’ cottage deep in the forest? Or would the evil queen carry out her despicable deed? There’s only one way to find out …
Snow White runs from Saturday 12 January to Saturday 26 January at St Andrew’s Community Centre, Cardinal Road, Beeston.
The performance on Tuesday 22 January will be BSL signed for the hearing impaired.
Tickets are £6 adults; £4 Children. Call 07988 349985 or email standrewspantogroup@hotmail.com or visit www.standrewspanto.uk
