Holbeck Neighbourhood Forum – visit and meeting

Holbeck Neighbourhood Plan logoDennis Kitchen, the Acting Chair of Holbeck Neighbourhood Forum, has been in touch with news of their next meeting and a visit to see successful regeneration projects in north Leeds.

I am writing to invite you to join us on a free bus trip to north Leeds to learn about successful regeneration projects. Meet at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday 22nd June outside St. Matthews Community Centre. Places are limited, so please get in touch to reserve your seat! We’ll return around noon for a light lunch followed by the next meeting of the Holbeck Neighbourhood Forum starting at 12.30. St. Matthews Community Centre is open to all and is at the junction of Holbeck Moor Road and St. Matthews Street.

Even if you can’t come on the bus trip, please come to the meeting which will start at 12:30pm. We aim to finish the meeting by 2.00 p.m.

At the meeting we will be discussing the progress we are making in developing the Holbeck Neighbourhood Plan and in establishing the Forum. We will also hear about recent developments in Holbeck and there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions.

You can download a copy of the agenda for the meeting here: HNF Agenda 22.6.13 and the minutes of the meeting we held in February here: HNF Minutes 23.2.13.

The Holbeck Neighhourhood Plan provides a great opportunity for all those who live, work or do business in Holbeck to help shape the area and I hope you will get involved.  Please encourage your friends and neighbours to come to the Forum.
