Holbeck Moor JFC spread some Christmas joy at LGI

After successfully holding our first ever Christmas party for the children and families of the club this week we had some selection boxes left over. So we decided as a club to donate them to the children’s ward at LGI.

Chris Gamble, club secretary at Holbeck Moor JFC, made the trip yesterday (18 December 2022) to handover the selection boxes as a surprise for the children.

In these last few months the club has created a foodbank collection point and donated some boxes of food to Holbeck Together, donated a few shoeboxes filled with gifts to local children at the local primary school as well as donating these selection boxes to the children’s ward at LGI.

As well as being a football club, Holbeck Moor JFC want to be able to support the local community where possible and is always looking at ways to make a difference to people’s lives.

We want to wish all our families and children and the local community a Merry Christmas.
