Here’s a roundup of activities for children and families in South Leeds for the autumn half term holiday next week.
The Hunslet Club will be running their half term Activity Camp each weekday from 8:45am-3pm. The range of activities includes dodge ball, beauty, football, dance, baking and much more. Sessions cost £8 per day, £4 per half day if booked in advance.

Asha Neighbourhood Project
Asha in Beeston Hill will be running activities on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The cost is £10 for all three days. Booking essential please call (0113) 270 4600.
The Tetley art gallery in Hunslet will be running their regular Family Art Workshop on Saturday (24 October); on Tuesday there will be a collaborative sculpture workshop; on Wednesday they will join the Big Draw with Tiny Tetley; celebrate Halloween with Museums At Night on Friday 6-9pm.

John Charles Tennis Centre
The Tennis Centre at the John Charles Centre for Sport will be running a Tennis Camp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are morning sessions from 10:30-12:30 for children under 8 years (parents/carers must stay for session) £8; or all day sessions 10:30am-3:30pm for 8-15 year olds £20 (Leeds Card concessions apply).

Middleton Leisure Centre
There’s a range of sports activities available at Middleton Leisure Centre throughout the week including racket sports, football and squash sessions from just £1.

The Friends of Middleton Park will be running children’s activities on Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-3pm from the visitor centre by the lake.
Leeds Discovery Centre
There will be a range of activities across Leeds museums over the week including at the Discovery Centre in Hunslet which has an African and Asian Mask tour and workshop on Saturday (24 October) 10am-12pm.
Don’t forget that as well as the usual weekend services, there will be trains on Wednesday 28 October.
