Part of a historic south Leeds landmark could be transformed into flats if a planning application gets the go ahead.
Treadwell Carpets Ltd has submitted a planning application for the Grade II listed Holbeck Mills building on Domestic Street. The building is home to a carpet business.
The application is for a change of use and redevelopment of part of the retail premises to form four flats, with a single storey extension to the rear of the retail premises. The plans also include the erection of boundary treatment.
You can see more details about the application here.
