UPDATED David Sissons: missing from Cottingley

UPDATED: We are pleased to confirm that David Sissons has been found safe and well. 

 

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing man from Leeds.

David Sissons, 39 was reported missing from his home this morning, he was last seen at around 11pm yesterday evening (5 September 2024) on the Cottingley estate walking towards Millshaw Estate and the Ring Road.

There is a further sighting of him at around 11.30pm passing the Woodman Services near to the White Rose centre.

He is described as a mixed race male, 6ft tall, and medium build. He was last seen wearing walking boots, dark blue jogging bottoms, camouflage jacket, woolly hat and carrying a blue/dark coloured hiking bag.

His family are concerned for his welfare.
