Beeston Neighbourhood Forum gets the go-ahead

Leeds City Council agreed to designate Beeston Neighbourhood Forum on 5 January 2015. This is welcome news and enables the Beeston community  to come together to discuss and resolve the issues identified when the designated area was consulted in June 2014. The process will culminate in the writing of the Beeston

Police appeal: Pedestrian seriously injured in motorway collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision on the M621 on Tuesday night (6 January 2015). The incident happened at 5.15pm when a male pedestrian was in collision with a Peugeot 407 near to junction 2 (northbound) of the motorway (A643 Elland Road and Ingram Distributor).
