Dear friend, I am writing to invite you to a meeting and social event for a new initiative called Belle Isle and Middleton Together.
This new initiative is aiming to bring together people from all backgrounds, to highlight the positives of the area and to represent a direct challenge to the popularity of far right and racist ideas and groups’ within the Belle isle and Middleton area.
“We are inviting people to a meeting to share ideas about how to develop this initiative and we would very much like you to be involved. we will be meeting in the lounge area of the Belle Isle Working Men’s Club, which is on Belle Isle Road, Leeds, LS103PE. We will be meeting at 7.30pm, on the evening of wed the 9th of November.
“Refreshments of pie and peas’ will be provided. We very much hope to see you there. Best wishes from all at Belle Isle and Middleton Together.”
