A man has been charged following an incident in Leeds where a police officer was seriously assaulted.
Luke Lockwood, aged 20, of Rington Road in Beeston, appeared before Leeds magistrates today (Monday 3 February 2025) where he was remanded in custody until his next hearing at Leeds Crown Court.
Lockwood was charged with grievous bodily harm with intent following an incident at an address in Beeston on Friday 31 January, which resulted in a police officer suffering serious facial injuries.
