Beeston Festival is taking bookings for stalls

The 2025 Beeston Festival will take place on Saturday 28 June in Cross Flatts Park and the festival are now taking bookings from individuals and organisations who would like a stall in their Bazaar.

The Bazaar is always a vibrant part of the festival site, with over 100 stalls spread out along the paths at the top of the park, near the children’s activities and the Arena stage. Food stalls will be organised in a central Food Court next to the spoken word and accoustic ‘Emerge’ stage.

The festival operates a sliding scale of charges depending what type of organisation is booking are and what they are selling. Payments can now be made online to streamline the booking process.

Angela Gabriel, Chair of the festival committee said:

“Beeston Festival is a large community event which sustains solely from grants, sponsorship and volunteer hours. We rely constantly on support from local people and businesses; last year stall bookings raised over £10,000 for the event.

“We know some people feel our booking fees are high, but this a chance to ‘sell your wares’ to to the 7-10,000 people who attend the event

“Our organising committee are all volunteers, the money raised goes directly to the annual operating budget enabling us to book stages, performers, children’s activities as well as necessaries like insurance, medical cover and licences. As a growing event, our costs increase each year. Our operating costs are around £35,000 each year.”

Stall bookings will close on Friday 30 May 2025, or earlier if all available pitches sell out sooner, so make sure you place your booking in good time.

The festival has published answers to a list of Frequently Asked Questions here and their full Terms & Conditions here.
