Yesterday saw the 18th Beeston Festival on Cross Flatts Park. We had some mixed weather with a couple of blustery showers, but that didn’t put on a dampener on things for the thousands of people who came enjoy music, food, games and browsing the bazaar.
As one of the organisers, I would like to thank all the volunteers who worked tirelessly yesterday; the funders; the artists; the stallholders and of course the people of Beeston who came along and hopefully enjoyed themselves.
Here are some photos of the day courtesy of local resident Paul Bullivant.
