On Friday 13th of July I am organizing a South Leeds talent showcase and charity auction to raise much-needed funds for our club but also to raise some money for charity, writes Darrell, a coach at Beeston Broncos.
We want it to be kids from all over South Leeds that get involved, not just from Beeston. So far we have some Irish dancing and hip hop lined up.
Hunslet Carr Majorettes will also be sending some kids down too as some of them have brothers that play for us. We are hoping Harry the Hunslet Hawk will be coming too and we definitely have Ronnie the Rhino coming.
It is being held at the West Hunslet Conservative Club and anyone who would like to perform or help in any other way can email beestonbroncos@googlemail.com with their contact details. We would like dancers/troupes, singers or any other talented kids from five to 11 years old to take part, so if your children have talent and like to show it off please contact us and get them involved. This will be a great family night for all.
There will also be an auction on the night which proceeds of will be for charity.
