Born 1949 in Hunslet. Went to Hunslet Carr School at age 4. From age 11, Went to Belle Isle Secondary Modern. Left School at 15 and worked in the Tailoring trade. 1 Year Later Got employment in the Electrical retailing industry at Curry's. Stayed anther year, before moving on to Vallances Electrical. Stayed there for about 21 years, before setting myself up in business as a Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Business.

Roads poilcing in Belle Isle and Midldeton

The Neighbourhood Policing Team have been continuing their work under the Vision Zero initiative to make the roads safer in Belle Isle and Middleton. As well as supporting investigations into the recent death of a pedestrian in a fatal road traffic collision, they have been carrying out patrols in the area.

Man to appear in court over fail to stop collision in Middleton

A man is due to appear in court today (22 May 2025) charged over the fail-to-stop collision in Middleton in which 19-year-old Ashton Kitchen-White was killed. Regan Kemp, aged 26, of Lafrowda Close, St Just, Penzance, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in relation to the collision

Youths cause criminal damage to elderly flats in Cottingley
