Care home to pitchside: Elland Road visit for ex-player Joe

Ashington-born Joe Conroy, a resident at Pennington Court Care Home in Beeston, recently enjoyed a visit back to his old stomping ground of Elland Road, home of Leeds United FC — the club he proudly represented during the 1950s. Joe’s connection to football runs deep. Growing up in Ashington, Northumberland,
