A wonderous festive season at White Rose

The festive season is still in full swing at White Rose Shopping Centre this December, with plenty of reasons to celebrate this Christmas.

The centre’s family-friendly ice rink is open until 4 January, with pre-bookable 45-minute sessions taking place every day (except Christmas Day) – the perfect all-weather, all-ages activity. Upcoming events include Friday Disco Nights, Parent & Toddler Sessions, and more.

To share even more family time, White Rose’s Cineworld will be screening all the latest releases including Zootropolis 2, Wicked: For Good, and Avatar: Fire and Ash, as well as festive showings of much-loved classics like It’s A Wonderful Life, The Polar Express, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Elf, and Home Alone.

Little ones can also enjoy a visit to Santa’s wonderous White Rose Express grotto, meeting with the man himself inside his glorious vintage train carriage. Guests can share their wish lists with Santa right up until Christmas Eve (24 December) – booking is advised via www.white-rose.co.uk

To celebrate the season of giving, White Rose’s Christmas Appeal is accepting contributions until 21 December, with all gifts donated to be shared with families across Leeds by charity Kidz Klub.

White Rose will be open late in the run up to Christmas, until 10pm on Monday 22 and Wednesday 23 December, ideal for any last-minute shoppers. The centre will even be open from 8am–5pm on Christmas Eve, and from 9am–7pm on Saturday 26 December for guests keen to seek out any Boxing Day bargains.
