White Rose hosts free holiday craft workshops

White Rose Shopping Centre is hosting a series of free crafting activities this Easter school holiday, alongside late-night retailer openings marking Eid this April.

From Tuesday 2 to Friday 5 April 2024, children are invited to enjoy free crafting events in White Rose’s Central Atrium. Activities will be hosted by local family fun specialists Boomchikkaboom, including wand and lantern making, plant pot decorating, or even making your own wind catcher. These are available for drop ins between 11am and 4pm.

What’s more, many stores at White Rose will extend their opening hours on the Friday 5 and Saturday 6 April, giving guests extra time to shop ahead of Eid. All participating brands will be open until 10pm Friday and 9pm Saturday.

White Rose will also be hosting a pop-up with local fashion retailer Aroush Designer Studio, a family-run business offering Pakistan’s leading designer brands.

Steven Foster, Centre Director at White Rose, said:

“We are pleased to be bringing a variety of crafting activities and extended opening hours this year during the holiday season this April, and we hope our guests will enjoy the activities that we are hosting here.

“Along with a range of family-friendly restaurants and our covered, all-weather play area, White Rose is the perfect place for a family day out.”
