Council members and partners came together to launch the Leeds Safe Roads Vision Zero 2040 strategy yesterday (20 October 2022). The event in partnership with the Project EDWARD (Every Day Without A Road Death) saw speakers from key organisations who offered input into the new Leeds Safe Roads Vision Zero
Three Gold Awards were handed to organisations in South Leeds at the recent Yorkshire in Bloom awards ceremony. Beeston in Bloom won in the Urban Community category; Middleton Railway in the Tourist Attraction category; and White Rose Shopping Centre in the Large Business category where it was joint Category Winner.
