Thanks to funding from the Leeds City Council Inner South Area Committee, Year 11 students starting in September 2013 can study additional vocational training courses for free at the Hunslet Club in mechanics, catering, hair & beauty and construction skills on one evening a week. Over 100 people came to visit the historic Stank Hall Barn, near the White Rose Centre, when it was “revealed” by the Friends group on Sunday (14th July 2013). Stank Hall and its barn date from the fifteenth century when England was embroiled in the Wars of the Roses
