Witness appeal after motorcyclist in collision with taxi

Police are appealing for witnesses as investigations continue into a collision between a car and motorbike in Leeds.

Officers from the Roads Policing Unit would like to speak to anyone who saw or has footage of a collision on the Ring Road Beeston Park junction with Bodmin Road, Middleton on Wednesday 31 January 2024.

The collision took place at about 6.10am after a blue motorbike, which was travelling towards Beeston, was in collision with a silver Lexus taxi which had been travelling in the opposite direction and was turning into Bodmin Road.

The male rider of the bike suffered serious but not life threatening injury.

Anyone who saw the collision, either vehicle beforehand, or who has footage of the collision is asked to contact Team Two at the Roads Policing Unit on 101 referencing police number 132340056475.
