Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the death of man in Beeston.
The men, aged 30 and 35, were arrested yesterday morning (13 December 2019) in connection with the death of a 40-year-old man who was pronounced dead in hospital after being stabbed during an incident outside the Premier supermarket, in Dewsbury Road, Beeston, shortly before 5.30pm on Thursday (12 December).
A 36-year-old man was also arrested this morning on suspicion of earlier linked offences of aggravated burglary and robbery. All three remain in custody.
Detectives from West Yorkshire Police Homicide and Major Enquiry Team are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the man’s death and a number of scenes remain in place in the area to undergo forensic examination.
