The Hunslet Club is delighted to announce the launch of its annual programme of community and family-friendly events, taking place throughout the year at its Hillidge Road and Hunslet Club Sports Village sites.
As one of South Leeds’ longest-standing youth and community organisations, The Hunslet Club is proud to offer a wide range of free and low-cost events designed to bring families, young people, and the wider community together. The programme includes seasonal celebrations, sports galas, cultural events, activity days, and community festivals, all aimed at creating safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for residents.
Highlights across the year include:
- Community sports galas for girls and boys
- Family fun days and seasonal parties (Easter, Halloween, and Christmas)
- Summer gala
Each event reflects the Club’s commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and opportunity, ensuring families can enjoy high-quality activities regardless of financial circumstances.
The events programme complements The Hunslet Club’s year-round delivery of youth provision, sports, arts, education, and wellbeing activities, supporting thousands of children and young people across South Leeds every week.
