UPDATE: Elmie Williams has been found safe and well Police are appealing for the public’s help tracing a missing woman from Leeds. Elmie Williams, aged 77, was last seen on Harrogate Road and was reported missing earlier today (11 August 2020). Elmie is black and has black plaited hair.
