Residents were encouraged to make good use of the 12 skips around the Middleton Park Grove, Throstles, Thorpes, Acres and Intakes areas of Middleton as part of a recent community clean up.
They were used to help get rid of bulky waste and to clear gardens before the winter months.
Volunteers met at Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre before going to work in the community.
Officers from both Aire Valley Homes and Leeds City Council were joined by Middleton Park Councillors and members of the Middleton Community Group.
