Over the last few weekends Shane Green has been grafting at carving a totem pole of fabulous Park features on a tree stump near the Visitor Centre in Middleton Park. It’s now complete and we think it’s fabulous. The totem pole has been supported by the Friends of Middleton Park who have crowd funded donations from the community in support. So essentially, it’s owned by the community.
There’s still time to donate if you are interested. Please go to the page on GoFundMe here So what can YOU spot? Well there’s a train with a wavey track, a squirrel, a swan, a Yorkshire rose, a horse gin, and lots more…including a Leeds United shield.
