This is one of our Outreach Workers Michelle. Her job is to visit members and potential members.
When they visit they do an assessment to see if there is any way we can help, by means of grab rails, benefits, gardening etc or just to introduce you to our activities at our Social centre.
Our Outreach workers do an amazing job we are very proud of them and what they achieve for our members.
One of our members showed their appreciation to Michelle and gave her these wonderful flowers, we just wanted to share this with you.
