Leeds Co-operative Photographic Society is holding a special lecture next Wednesday (13 March 2024) entitled ‘An Introduction to Food and Product Photography – An Interactive Learning Experience.’
Professional photographer Haydn Bartlett will unveil the secrets to capturing high-quality food and product images in this fascinating lecture. With an informative presentation and demonstration, attendees will gain valuable insights into the art of food and product photography.
Haydn will explore the techniques and strategies necessary to produce images that effectively showcase our comestibles. From understanding lighting setups to utilising various angles, participants will learn the key elements contributing to food and product photography.
Then put your newfound knowledge into practice. You will have the chance to experiment with different lighting setups and capture your photos under Haydn’s guidance. This hands-on approach enhances your skills and enables you to create effective visuals with impact.
Bring a camera with 24-70mm or 100mm lens, and a tripod.
