ISSE Ltd proudly announced the official launch of the Beeston Royal Tigers Vets Team on Sunday (7 December 2025) marking an exciting new chapter for community sport, health, and social connection in LS11. The initiative aims to get local residents active, boost mental wellbeing, and create pathways for friendship and positive engagement through the power of football.
The Beeston Royal Tigers Vets will offer both small-sided football and 11-a-side matches, giving participants multiple ways to get involved regardless of fitness level or experience. The team has been founded on the belief that sport—especially football—can create opportunities far beyond the pitch, helping men reconnect with physical activity, reduce isolation, and strengthen community bonds.
Humayun Islam, Director of ISSE Ltd, expressed his pride in the launch:
“The Beeston Royal Tigers Vets team is about more than football—it’s about improving lives. We want to give people the chance to stay active, feel good mentally, and build lasting friendships. ISSE is committed to creating inclusive spaces where our communities can come together, and this team is another step in that mission.”
Manager of the Beeston Royal Tigers Vets, Komar Uddin, shared his enthusiasm for what lies ahead:
“I’m honoured to lead this team. Football brings people together, and our aim is to make sure everyone feels welcome, supported, and part of something special. We’re excited to grow, learn, and enjoy the game as a family both on and off the pitch.”
The launch event brought together players, supporters, and community members, all eager to see the new vets team take shape. With weekly training sessions and competitive opportunities on the horizon, the Beeston Royal Tigers Vets are set to become a valued part of the sporting landscape in Beeston.
