The Hunslet Club in South Leeds has been proving a suprisingly popular venue for wedding receptions, parties and functions this year with over 100 such events having taken place during 2012 inside the club.
The Hunslet Club has two licenced bars and catering facililities and can meet the needs of anything from a small gathering for a childrens birthday party to up to 300 guests at a wedding reception.
“These events have been fantastic for the club as it is usually people from the Leeds community supporting a youth club which is one of the top five largest in the UK and right here on their doorstep.” Explains Jason Slack, Funding Officer at the club. “Competitatively priced for bookings, the income that is generated goes back into providing essential sport, arts, vocational learning and leisure activities for children and young people.”
