White Rose Shopping Centre is the ultimate day-out destination for families this Easter, with its free Burrowing Bunnies Easter Trail and a variety of retailer and restaurant offers to keep the little ones entertained.
From Friday 31 March to Sunday 16 April, families are invited to find eight mischievous bunnies hiding around the centre. Free trail maps are available to collect from the Customer Service Centre, on the Ground Floor near New Look, and can be returned and traded in for an Easter treat and a pair of adorable ears after each bunny has been located and ticked off the map.
What’s more, White Rose will host its Yorkshire Market on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 April, where a variety of local independent brands will have pop-up stalls. The market will feature local companies including Confetti Girls, Yorkshire Chocolatier, Fairburn Candles, and The Red Berry Co.
White Rose’s stores and eateries are also joining in the Easter fun, including:
- Easter-themed bath bombs, shower gels, and gift sets from LUSH
- Krispy Kreme’s egg-stra special limited-edition Happiness Hatching doughnuts
- Limited-edition cookie dough loaded with Crème Egg available at Frankie & Benny’s for two weeks only
- Egg-cellent Easter menu at Batch’d, offering an irresistable range of Easter-inspired treats including their mini-egg and cream egg doughnuts
Steven Foster, Centre Director at White Rose, said:
“Our new Burrowing Bunnies Easter Trail is sure to keep the little ones entertained this Easter. Most bunnies are hidden inside the centre or under cover, so this is one holiday activity that doesn’t rely on sunny skies to enjoy. We can’t wait to see guests having a great time hunting down the mischievous bunnies.”
White Rose boasts more than 100 shops including Flying Tiger, The Entertainer, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and more, plus family-friendly restaurants such as Five Guys, Fridays, and Nando’s – all under one roof. With more than 5,000 free parking spaces and long opening hours, from 10am–9pm weekdays, 9am–8pm Saturdays and 11am–5pm Sundays, it’s easy to plan a day out to keep the family entertained.
