Beeston St Mary’s are hosting a Barn Dance on Saturday night (27 September 2014) to celebrate Harvest Festival and everyone’s invited.
Communities Together For Harvest is an opportunity for everyone in Beeston to get together for a fun evening of dance with live music. There will also be a Pie & Pea supper and a bar.
Rev Lindsey Pearson, Vicar of Beeston said:
“As a church we always celebrate Harvest Festival, but this year we wanted to share that with the wider community and have some fun.
“We will have displays and information about the many community groups and activities in Beeston and we hope people will take the opportunity to get more involved in community life.”
The dance starts at 7pm on Saturday at Beeston Parish Centre, opposite the Co-op on Town Street. Tickets are £5 for adults, £2 5-13 yrs, under 5s are free. Ring (0113) 272 3337 for tickets.
