The Hunslet Club has announced a wide-ranging programme of activities for the upcoming half term, aimed at keeping children and young people across South Leeds active, engaged and supported during the school holidays.
The programme includes a variety of holiday camps and structured activities, such as Activity Camp, Football Camp, Rugby Camp, Dance Camp and Art Camp, offering opportunities for young people of different interests and abilities to take part in positive, enriching experience … and of course have lots of fun.
A highlight of this half term’s programme is the Rugby Camp, which includes a trip to watch York Knights’ captain’s run ahead of their match against Leeds Rhinos, giving participants a valuable insight into professional sport and elite-level preparation. And the football campers are heading to Everton’s new Hill Dickinson stadium.
All activities are delivered by experienced, fully DBS-checked staff and coaches, with a focus on developing confidence, teamwork, physical wellbeing and creativity. The Hunslet Club is also offering free and subsidised places for children who meet eligibility criteria, helping to reduce barriers to participation for local families.
The half term programme reflects The Hunslet Club’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality youth provision and accessible opportunities for children and young people within the community.
