ESOL classes announced for South Leeds

Entry level classes to help people learn English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) have been announced by Employment and Skills Leeds to help adults gain confidence in using English in day to day settings.

The courses will start in the autumn and are for people aged 19+ and not already on an ESOL course at college or university.

To secure your place email the centre you wish to attend with your name, phone number and email address. Then attend on the date of the first session to register.

Sessions will run as follows:

Reading for Everyday Life at Greenmount Primary School, Lodge Lane, LS11 6BA starting Monday 2 October 9-11am. Contact: afia.khattun@greenmountprimary.co.uk

English for Job Seeking and Volunteering (Entry 2-3) at St Luke’s Cares, Dewsbury Road, LS11 6JQ, starting Wednesday 13 September, 12:45-3pm. Childcare is available for this course. Contact: emma.woolford@leeds.gov.uk 07891 279261
