Leeds Apprenticeship Hub is hosting a fair at the Civic Hall where you can find more about opportunities for apprenticeships in the construction industry.
The Fair takes place on Monday 28 April from 10am to 12pm in the Banqueting Suite and is targeted at young people between 16-24 who are not currently in education, employment or training.
This is an opportunity to discover more about the construction industry, the current opportunities and get help with your applications. You don’t need an appointment, you can just turn up on the day.
At the fair you will be able to meet a range of employers including Keepmoat who are currently delivering the Beeston Hill and Holbeck housing regeneration scheme and Hammerson who are behind the Eastgate development. Training providers including Leeds College of Building and the Construction Industry Training Board will also be present and you will be able to get information advice and guidance from the National Apprenticeship Service and from Leeds Pathways.
