The organisers of last year’s Beeston Christmas Lights which were on the grass next to Beeston Coop are having a meeting on Tuesday 2 September at 6pm to plan for this year’s Light Switch on event.
A big crowd came out last year for the switch on and volunteers are sought to make this year’s event even better. If you would like to get involved or have an idea on how it can be improved please come along to the meeting at St Mary’s Church on Town Street, Beeston at 6pm (in the small hall at the back of St Mary’s – follow Charity Shop sign).
