Appeal to trace missing Leeds man John Guest

UPDATED: John Guest has been found safe

Police are appealing for information to help trace a man who has gone missing in Leeds.

John Guest, aged 50, from Armley, was reported missing in the early hours of this morning (4 September 2023). He has not been in contact with family since Friday.

There are concerns for his welfare and officers urgently need to find him and check that he is okay.

He is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall, slim build with brown hair. His clothing is not known but he may be wearing a woolly hat and carrying and large camouflage bag and a red fleece blanket.

He is known to frequent the Beeston and Hunslet area.
