If you’re a young person aged three to 25 years and fancy trying out the latest dance styles, why not check out a DAZL dance session?
It offers fun, energetic and affordable dance sessions and is here to make sure you have fun even if you’ve never danced before. DAZL (Dance Action Zone Leeds) can introduce you to all kinds of dance; street/cheerdance/hip-hop/break/creative /jazz and contemporary.

The organisation, based at Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre in Middleton, has been running since 2000 and includes a number of activities, including the male cheerleaders group which continues to grab awards and has appeared on TV.
DAZL is a local, independent charity that works with 1,300 disadvantaged children and young people each week.

he group is looking for corporate sponsorship to help take their work into other parts of the city, firstly East Leeds and, later this year, West Leeds. Demand often outstrips supply.
The organisation also works with young offenders, those out of work, education and training as well as disabled people at South Leeds Youth Hub, in Belle Isle.
DAZL dancers have also been featuring in Sky One’s Got to Dance talent show. They’ve also been on ITV, BBC and Britain’s Got Talent.
