Police appeal after Omnibus hit and run

Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident at a pub in Middleton on Friday night.

On Friday 19 February, shortly before 7pm, police officers were carrying out enquiries at the Omnibus pub, in Middleton, Leeds.

Whilst there, a police officer was deliberately driven at by a Vauxhall Astra, which then left the scene, driving erratically.

The police officer sustained non life-threatening injuries which required hospital treatment and has since been discharged. Enquiries are ongoing to trace the driver of the vehicle.
