It’s panto time in Beeston

St Andrew’s Pantomime Group in Beeston once more invite you to come with them on a magic carpet ride to the enchanted world of pantomime.

The group will be staging their production of Aladdin at St Andrew’s Community Centre on Old Lane from 14-28 January 2017. Once again this year, there will be a special BSL signed show for people with hearing impairments on Thursday 22 January.

So hold on tight as they whisk you to the ancient streets of Peking and drop in on Widow Twankey and her two sons Aladdin and Wishee Washee to join them on a marvellous adventure that will change their lives forever!

In a wondrous tale of enchantment, magic and love you will see Aladdin fight for the beautiful Princess Honeysuckle against the evil forces of the magnificent magician Abanazaar and the might of the Chinese Empire.

Will he outwit the hapless policemen, win over the heart and mind of the great Empress of China, find the secret cave and finally discover what lies within that dusty, dirty, old lamp…?

There’s only one way to find out, go and see for yourself in this feast of fun for young and old alike. Take a marvellous journey to the magical world of pantomime!
