Explore Beeston’s art projects with Leeds Art Walk

Leeds Art Walk is a free monthly tour of exhibitions, arts spaces and places of interest in Leeds, and this month it’s coming to Beeston.

The walk starts on Wednesday (7 August 2019) at 5:30pm at 45 Garnet Terrace, where Kerri Jefferis and Sophie Chapman will introduce you to their collaborative work and projects with East Street Arts in Beeston.

The group will then walk to 28 Back Burton Terrace, the home of BasementArtsProject (6.10pm)

Here you will here about On The Corner is a series of four events that will respond to the Yorkshire Sculpture International 2019 statement proposed by the artist Phyllida Barlow: ‘Sculpture is the most anthropological of the art forms’. The project features artists Keith Ackerman, Dominic Hopkinson, Phill Hopkins and Jadene Imbusch.

The event is free and you don’t you need to book, just turn up.
